A 30% token amount must be deposited to initiate any project with Dezynation.
Clients are eligible for a 100% refund of the token amount if the refund request is made within 24 hours of depositing the fees.
After the initial 24-hour period has passed, the token amount becomes non-refundable
Once the project is initiated, clients are required to make payments based on successful completion of project milestones.
Payments made for milestones are strictly non-refundable.
